Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Downlyne Networks Inc. (“we”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Downlyne.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data — name, email, phone, password (hashed), and sponsor/placement details.
  • Identity (KYC) documents — submitted for withdrawal verification.
  • Financial data — package purchases, commissions, wallet and payout details.
  • Technical data — IP address, device/user-agent, and signup metadata used for fraud prevention.

2. How we use it

To operate your account and the compensation plan, process payouts, verify identity, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We send transactional emails (e.g. verification, withdrawal updates) you can’t opt out of while you hold an account.

3. Sharing

We share data with processors that help us run the Service — including our email provider (PostaLynk), live-chat provider (Supoora), payment/payout gateways, and hosting — under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

4. Your network & visibility

Limited information (such as your member number and rank) may be visible to your upline/sponsor as required for the plan to function. We minimize what is shared.

5. Security & retention

We use industry-standard safeguards including hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, and access controls. We retain data while your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and anti-fraud purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these, contact us at [email protected].

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. See our Cookie Policy.

8. Changes

We’ll post updates here and adjust the “last updated” date above.
