Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Downlyne (the “Service”), operated by Downlyne Networks Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your password and two-factor credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Membership & the compensation plan

Earnings under our compensation plan are based on genuine product/service sales volume and the rules published in your member dashboard. Participation does not guarantee income. We may update plan parameters; material changes will be communicated in advance where practicable.

  • You may not operate multiple accounts, create fake members, or manipulate placement to inflate commissions.
  • Commissions are accrued and paid according to the published cycle and may be adjusted or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, or fraud.
  • Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC), minimums, and fees as shown at the time of request.

3. Payments & wallets

Package purchases and wallet top-ups are processed through the payment methods we make available. Your e-wallet balance reflects accrued commissions and is not a bank deposit and earns no interest.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by misrepresenting the income opportunity, spamming, infringing others’ rights, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. On termination, unpaid eligible balances are handled per our payout policy and applicable law.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Downlyne Networks Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Income claims

Any earnings examples are illustrative and not a promise of results. See our Income Disclaimer.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
